Tenants:

In the event of a gas leak please call Transco on 0800 111 999. 

Should you have a total loss of power please contact London Energy on 0800 028 0247. 

Should your water supply be interrupted please call Thames Water on 08459 200 800. 

If you have suffered from a break in call 999 or contact your local police station, (the number will be in the phone book). They will record the crime number for insurance purposes and also be able to help organise an emergency locksmith.

If BlakeStanley are the managing agents for your property- For genuine out of hours emergencies please contact our out of hours contractor KO Maintenance LTD on 0208 926 8011. 

Please note only the below issues are classed as an emergency:

- Blocked or totally unusable WC if only one in dwelling

- Breakdown of dwelling security

- Heating system breakdown

- No hot water supply

- Flooding and serious water penetration

- Oven breakdown

If our out of hours contractors are contacted for any other issues that are not on the above list, or if your property is not managed by BlakeStanley, they will not be able to assist you.

Please note if our out of hours contractors are called for a non-emergency you will be liable for the cost of the call out.
