An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant.
Job Purpose:
To negotiate the sale of property and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
· Register requirements and details of potential purchasers
· Carry out viewings of properties with prospective purchasers
· Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
· Progress the sale of properties once a price is agreed
· Carry out letter drops
· Create property particulars and carry out other basic administration
· Deal with any property issues that may arise
· Run a client list of potential purchasers
· General office administration
The above is a summary of routine duties and is not meant to be comprehensive. Additional ad-hoc duties will arise which will be considered to form a reasonable part of the role. The consultant needs to remain responsive to the requirements of the business.
Key Skills:
· An ability to calmly apply initiative and common sense in prioritising and managing a busy workload
· A desire to provide a good level of client service
· Good computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
· Strong organisational and negotiating skills
· Good communication and 'people' skills
· The ability to work within a team environment that is robust
· To hold a full current driving licence
