In these unprecedented times, we will need to delay non-essential works and prioritise those remaining jobs based on severity, urgency and risk. Our team will do all they can during this time to mitigate risk and reduce long term issues, but with the availability of qualified tradespeople being out of our control we do envisage our normal resolution times extending beyond the usual. It is also important to be clear that, once we are out of this situation, there will be a substantial backlog of work which will mean resolution periods take some time to return to normal.
If you have any questions or concerns at all, please get in touch.
We hope you stay safe and thank you again for your support.
