Following the government’s announcement yesterday evening that estate agents can re-open and property visits can go ahead, we will be opening our offices from the Monday 18th May. We will be taking all necessary precautions to make sure this is as safe as possible for both our staff and our clients.
From the 14th May viewings and valuations of properties can go ahead, with Covid-19 procedures in place, which you will be informed of when booking an appointment.
Our offices will re-open with a skeleton staff, as for the time being we want to minimise the movement of our team where possible. Each office will have a client area 2m from the nearest staff member, this area will only be large enough for one client to use at a time. With this in mind, where possible we would ask you to call or email instead of visiting the office.
